As an American who married a Korean, I have experienced every Korean restaurant in the Baltimore Metro area. This one is by far the best, hands down! All of my Korean co-workers and their friends will also agree. The amazing chef at Tokyo serves the most AUTHENTIC and FRESHEST cuisine anywhere around. His stews are unrivaled! The Kimchi Chigae, Dwen Jang Chigae, and Jam Pong are to die for! The flavor explodes in your mouth! Other excellent selections would include: Shrimp tempura roll, haemul pajun (perfect texture) and kalbi gop dol bi bim bap. Do not waste your time and money at any other Korean restaurant in downtown Baltimore or Ellicott city. Tokyo is the real deal!!!
