I called pauls service he answered the phone himself. I explained what the problem with my washer was and paul gave me a few different areas what the problem could be. I had him come out and repair the washer his knowledge was great the service was fast and dependable. It nice to have the owner of the company come out and do the work himself. It nice to get good service in this town where there are lots of dishonest people. I would call paul again or refer him to friends of family.
