I called Paul's service because my dryer was not getting hot enough. He came out that same day to see what was going on. Honestly, I thought my dryer was done, but Paul did some investigating, and found out that my dryer duct was packed full of lint. My dryer wasn't broken, but he did notice that the belt was beginning to fray, so I had him replace it.
