I had an appointment @ Visions Seaside Spa - the first appointment of the day. The stylist was late - in fact she is always late, and I have to always wait for her. Never once did she offer me coffee, tea, water, or apologize for keeping me waiting. Then when I went to pay her, she changed the amount of what I owed her, mentioning one figure, then upping it by $5. For what they charge for a haircut, I did not feel I got ""Spa"" treatment. My appointment was rushed, so the stylist could get to the next person.
