I am from Spain. I found that the tapas we tried:garlic shrip, mushrooms and the spanish croquets, were cooked well, except for the fact that they all were too spicy. In Spain these kind of tapas are not spicy. There were so spicy as to be difficult to eat.
Pros: Variety of a very different type of cuisine from the average fare
Cons: goof intentions but too spicy for a spaniard taste
