Much to my suprise I was not happy with the customer service that I received from Calvin's, considering all the good things I had heard from their other customers. The person that helped me told me that she was not a salesperson and was ""just helping out on the floor"", and I was pleasantly surprised because I did not want to be pushed into buying something. But then when I had questions and seeked answers I could never get a hold of the same employee that had helped me before, I did call at one point and said that I could no longer wait to talk to that person and the other person was very nice and helpful. There was no follow up on their part so I ended up buying my ring from another reputable store here in town, who had very professional employees to represent their professional businesss. Pros: Wide Selection of rings Cons: Bad customer service, no follow up more
