Elizabeth's is good for the area. It is popular with local diners, offers a short menu with daily specials, a decent wine list ($20 - $50) and good food. It's as good as the better downtown New Bedford eateries. We like it, having moved to Fairhaven from Boston and made adjustments to our expectations. If you're looking for somewhere interesting and safe to eat, this is a good choice. If you're looking for something special, you have to drive 30 miles to Providence or Newport.
