I was given a gift cert. for a manicure and pedicure when my son was born. It took me almost a year to make the arrangments; I took a day off work, and hoped for a few hours of relaxation. What a joke! The appointment started 15 minutes late. (After I arrived 10 minutes early) She began the pedicure by telling me she was ill and shouldn't have come to work. After over an hour of trying to do the pedicure while ill,she had someone else finish.

Cons: hard to get appointments over the phone, appointment started late
