so i rented a car here a while back for 3 days. the avis operator told me there was a system outage, and it was ok for me to keep the car for an extra day. but what do you know, the personnel at this location told me that they couldn't honor any promises made by the avis operator. and i was then charged an additional 44 bucks or so. what a racket! if you don't want the run around, you'd probably want to go to another renter.
