We were loyal Shogun diners for over 20 years and have entertained at both the old location (SW 63rd?) and the new location (May ave.) quite consistently. It saddens us to see what was once a wonderful dining experiece become a corporate nightmare. The food has started to lose its quality. The portions are smaller, the flavor less and yet the prices have increased way more than necessary. Also the staff is not pleasent at all. Normally I would not write a review like this, but after having consistently BAD service and food for 5 consecutive visits, enough is enough!
Pros: Sauces, salad dressing and onion soup
Cons: small portions, pricey for what you get and rude employees
