*unfriendly front desk
*my room leaked water and nothing was done about it during my entire stay
*room was TINY
*sundeck was covered in bird "stuff" and the viewing glass was covered just the same.
*bathroom tiles were very outdated and looked dirty.
*'continental breakfast" did not have bagels or assorted juice.
Pros: close to beach
Cons: no access to room from lobby (had to walk on main street to get to room)
