I ordered a $100 arrangement of flowers for my wife on Valentines Day and was also charges $15 for LOCAL delivery. By 2pm on Valentines Day my wife had not gotten her flowers, the customer service number said I did not pay for ""express"" delivery ($25.00 LOCAL). They finally arrived a 4:45 after my wife left! For the first time in 14 years my wife did not get flowers for Valentines Day, thanks Norfolk Florist! My wife?s office is less than 5 miles from the store I could have walked the order over and still done it faster. I sent an email asking for a refund and never heard a word. It was a very embarrassing experience. On the way home I stopped a Farm Fresh and in less than 10 minutes I had a nice arrangement, card and stuffed toy to make up for the lack of flowers! Do your self a favor and order from some where else. They used to be great but in the last year they have gotten really bad. Pros: Easy ordering. Cons: Expensive more
