We were seated directly in front of the door when it was snowing outside. Every time the door opened the freezing wind was unbearable. Had the service been better, it may not have been so miserable. Our waitress\r
( we never got her name) was horrible, I do not understand how she continues to be employed by the service industry. Not only did she make herself scarce most of the time when she did appear, she got everything wrong. Ramsi's used to be my favorite place to go. I was utterly embarassed at the fact that this was the first time I brought my boyfriend & we were severly disappointed. We ordered a BBC Pale ALe & got a Bells Cream Stout these dont even sound the same much less look alike. The Moussa Kan was bland . The Polo Nuevo Havana should have came with a knife . A small salad & side of potatoes were six dollars extra . Entrees should come with sides . We are willing to give it another try so hopefully next time will be alot better ( We will refuse the same waitress)
