Hey, I agree having been there just once. The employees are so superficial and don't ask you for assistance. I felt as tho they were very unfriendly and treated the customers like trash, too. They will be moving to Monterey sometime in early 2007 probably due to their in-store depletion of customers. Not sure about their pond business either, but the store itself cannot compete with PetSmart or any other pet shop on the peninsula. Colliers in Salinas has a great stock of pet supplies and it's not unusal for the owner (Collier himself) to ask you if you need help. As for Pets and Ponds, they probably do better in the pond department. more
