After a very bad experience at a nearby shop, I looked into this grooming shop. I will admit I was a bit hesitant after the last time, and it apparently showed because the staff there allowed me to look around and took the time to explain everything that would need to be done and why. That comforted me a great deal. I was very happy with the overall results. I will be returning again.
