The staff was very unprofessional, like a beauty salon, discussing adult items out in the open around the children. While we waited for my son's results in a room we could overhear private medical information about many of the patients being discussed in front of other patients. And the nurses were cursing in Spanish about the patients. They must have thought because I'm white I don't speak Spanish. \r

This place might be ok for Lawrence but this kind of behavior doesn't fly in Andover.
Pros: If you were dying, the doctors might be competant enough to help
