I purchased a used 2000 Accord and was assured the car was in good shape except for normal wear and tear. When I received the car it had a huge dent in the driver door that I have had estimates from $800 to $1,000 to repair. The best I could do with them was to promise $100 on Jan 15, 2007. Today is Feb 12 and I have sent many emails and tried numerous times to contact Shamoun Dahlan the used car manager. All with no response.\r
