Don't go here! They had my car for three days and never once called me, they did no diagnosis work over those three days and told me that the part I needed (they based this on my phone calls to them) was not available anywhere in Seattle. I finally called it quits and took my VW Beetle to Import Dr.s downtown Seattle. They had the part the same day, and my car back to me that same day. Part and labor was less than UW VW quoted me for the part. \r

I guess they just ignore you unless you need major work done??? My friend who recommended Import Drs. told me his story with UW-VW where they charged him $1700 for a tune up. When he came to pick up the car, he asked them why they did additional work without contacting him first. They told him they didn't have time to call and that he is a Dr. and can afford it!
