I ordered flowers from the website, which was very easy by the way, to be delivered on Valentines Day. Of course, on the day they were to be delivered they didn?t show so I called the number on the order form to see where the order was. My wife was leaving town that night and wanted her to get the flowers that I spent $100 dollars on before she left. Basically was told that they could not comment on any orders until after 6pm. I called back at 6pm and they told me that a manager would have to call me back the next day to cancel the order (which I didn?t want to have to do). No call the next day. As a matter of fact, I called the store and they didn?t even answer. So I called the headquarters number and got a hold of a very nice lady named Brenda. She tried to help me out, but wasn?t getting any response from the owner either. I finally get a hold of him today to discuss and he really was abrupt and non apologetic about how his service failed to provide what you advertise. He just cancelled the order and pretty much brushed me off. I would think that he would try to make things right or at least be somewhat sorry for what happened, but he wasn?t. All this boils down to me not using your service anymore which is a shame. Pros: Great website from corporate Cons: They don't deliver on time more
