My family and I visited Alborz for dinner right after it first opened. The hostess (chef's wife?) got our orders mixed up with another table and as the result we waited a very long time for our food to arrive. Snobs we are, we give restaurants only one chance, so we didn't go back. Then a friend invited me over to dinner there last year and I had a much better experience this time. Since then we've been regulars.
Pros: Best chicken and lamb kebab in town, friendly chef
Cons: No draft beer, poor vegetarian selection, pricey
