I recently went here to have a facial and have my hair done. The service was average at best, definatly not worth the money. I wasn't shown any of the products used on me during the facial or the hair service. I felt that the staff was rude, and arrogant, and when I asked a question at the front desk about a product, the receptionist was totally uncaring and not helpful. It seemed to me that they are lacking in customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you like being treated like you don't matter and are just another customer. I saw other people drinking wine, water, soda etc, but was never offered anything. There are certainly better places to go that are less expensive and have far better and friendlier service.
Pros: I guess they serve wine, but I wouldn't know for certain since none was offered to me.
Cons: The price, the rudeness of the staff.
