Kelly's Kempsville - giving it a second chance was a bad idea. Very smokey inside. Ordered potato skins, and that is mostly what I got; cooked-to-death potato slices (small slices), with chili, beans and a side of sour cream...yum! Also Ordered ""the warmer"" which is tomato soup and grilled cheese. What I received was cold pasta sauce and a cold cheese non-melted cheese sandwich. This was sent back and re-made, the soup was excellent, the sandwich, not so much. The McDonald's next door was looking good!
