I had been looking for a decent, affordable place to get my hair-cut in Vancouver, and after reading a couple of the reviews, on this site, I decided to make an appointment at C Roberts. My appointment was with LAURA and the only thing I asked of her was to trim my hair, which included a few long layers. What I ended up with had me in tears...she butchered my hair, cut in many extra layers and did a horrible job of blending them in. My hair looked like a staircase of bluntly cut layers. The more she tried to fix the cut, the worse it got; I finally asked her to stop and left in tears.
Cons: Hair-dressers will butcher your hair-avoid Laura!
