I love this place. I've only gotten my eyebrows here before, but I'm sure that the other services are great as well. I recommend Soheila, I've been going to her for 4/5 years now, and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. She really takes her time and listens to you so that she could provide you with what you want. I have recommended her to a friends and she has been going to her for almost as long as we have. I have moved away from Portland, but whenever I'm in town, I make sure to make an appointment. My friend and I have joked that if we were rich and famous, we would fly her out for the weekend (to where ever we lived) and have her do our eyebrows.
