This was the most awful experience of my dining out life. I can't possibly understand how this retaurant is still in existence based on our horrible treatment from the incompetent staff. After making a reservation we still waited, without being acknowleged, for over 20 minutes. After finally being seated at a hibachi table, we weren't even able to order a sushi appetizer after our server finally acknolweded us and told us, "no sushi, 1 hour wait for sushi." We then sat at our table another 20 minutes with no soup or salad...no hibachi chef yet in sight. Finally another man at our table demaded from the server to know when we would get our chef, she finally answered that there wasn't one available and it would be another 30 minutes. We all got up and left, feeling decieved, angered, and starving. Not to mention the food is very pricey and fried rice, for hibachi, cost $2.50 extra!
