I have to say how unhappy I am with the front desk staff at Pyara Aveda salon. I've dealt with this on more than one occassion at this salon. They have attitude and I don't mean that in a good sense. You can have attitude and still be kind and give excellent customer service. You'll find that on New bury Street. They obviously don't care about the business. If it wasn't for the fact that I love Aveda products and that I don't want to hike to Boston to buy my products, I would not support this salon. I still may not. I found the front desk staff to be unfriendly, acting as if they were doing the me a favor and unwelcoming. I've been to many Aveda salons nationwide and I've never been treated in this way. Step it up and find a kind, welcoming attitude! Work on your customer service technique. You are the first face we see when we come in. On a good note, I did have an excellent brow wax and shape.
