Don't go for service or atmosphere. Go for the delicious food, the more than reasonable prices are just an added bonus. I haven't been treated rudely, the servers have actually been quite nice, but it IS a busy place and they might be a bit brisk. The menu is huge and can be overwhelming, sometimes with nondescript names like "ants on a tree", so unless you're well versed in Szechuan food, I'd look over it online first and see what you might like to order before going. The hot and sour soup is perfect, the dan dan noodles are served in a wonderful, vinegary, peanut buttery broth (I'm a bit of a vinegar fiend, so if you are not so fond of vinegar I'd skip these), the hand shaven noodles are deliciously hearty, thick and chewy, the dry fried green beans are wonderfully tender-crisp, the chicken is always meltingly tender... you get the picture. Appetizers, 2 dishes, rice, tax and tip all comes in around $30 for two which is a steal and you'll have enough left over for another full meal.
Pros: Great food, large portions, easy parking
Cons: Service can be a bit brisk at times
