This is my experience at both the Cedar Park and Lakeline Home Depots which I have been to at least 100 times. If you ever try to call them its nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone ever, secondly you can Never find anyone in there too help you and if you do go to Customer Service I always have to wait in the aisle for 15 minutes or more before someone finally comes over, then you are lucky if you get a good answer to your question. After all that if you are lucky enough to find what your looking for you have to do self checkout because they are trying to faze out the checkers, their inventory is pretty good but thats about it.
