I was dog sitting for my sister while she was out of town and her dog, Sallie Mae, came down with hives. I called Greylock Animal Hospital (that was where my sister took her dog for check-ups) and they were wonderful. My sister had to call and give permission for Sallie to be treated. When I brought her there the staff was very caring and quick to see her. Come to find out, it was the dog shampoo that was used before coming to my house. The doctor gave her some medicine and told me to give her a bath using Dawn dish soap. I did that and gave her the medicine and in a couple days she was 100%. I was surprised by the phone call the next day. Even though I am not Sallie's owner the doctor still called my home to check on her!!
