I went in for the initial exam, and they took x-rays. No cavities, but was informed my teeth needed an ""extensive cleaning called a debriding"" -- that is exactly what they told me. they said it would not count as a cleaning covered by my insurance. It had been a while since my last cleaning (a long while), so I agreed to it. When I went in for the second appointment, they spent 10 minutes partially cleaning my teeth just enough to measure how much my gums had receded, then came up with a ""cleaning plan"" that came to almost $700.00, none of which was going to be covered by insurance. I have since gone to another dentist who said my teeth were in amazingly good shape, who cleaned my teeth in one sitting, and it was covered by insurance. I will NEVER go back to Embassy dental as I firmly believe they are in the business of selling you extensive services that you do not need. Nothing illegal going on, but their business practices are not ethical in my opion. Buyer beware!
Cons: Over priced, unecessary services, fear mongering.
