Our family decided to dine out on Christmas day at the Meadows this year. After the experience we had we will definitely never eat at this establishment again. The selections were very limited but that would not have been a problem if the quality of the food had been acceptable. The salad bar remained empty for the enitre first half of our meal and the dressing containers were dripping dressing down the sides of the containers. The staff did not seem to be keeping up with the cleanliness and up keep of the buffet. the main courses were available but were barely edible. The waitress did not return with drinks for the children that were ordered when we first sat down. We finally went to the bar and purchased something ourself. She did return near the end of our meal to apologize for forgetting them. We did have high hopes for the desserts but that was a disappoint too. No one was apparently monitoring the dessert bar the few slices of desserts that were left there were chopped and hacked up from other guests attempts to cut them. Not a very appetizing display. We finally asked if they intended to replenish the dessert bar and they reluctently agreed. We were not the only ones having a bad experience since we spoke to other guest who were not happy with the buffet. We heard from some of the waiters that they were under staffed. The service and food were so bad they would probably have been better off staying closed. They are sure to lose future businss from this attempt at a holiday buffet. I know now why they insisted we pay up front before we were seated. Had we not have already paid, we would probably have walked out immediately. In my many years of dining out including on holidays, this was most definitely the worst experience.
Cons: too many to mention
