Shir the owner of this so called spa is the rudest man i have ever encountered. I called before closing regarding an appointment and the first thing i was asked when i gave my name was if i had a gift card, i said yes... well he refused to make the appoinment without the gift card number- understandable. i called with in 15 min and asked if that appointment was available and he said yes (he chuckles) but we are closed- that was at 6:46 pm, when the close at 7pm. i called again the next day at 10:04 since they open at 10 and the owner answered again and said the appointment was taken YESTERDAY! He became very rude and claimed he was booked solid until January 5th, well my mother called shortly after and a woman answered and said they had plenty of available appointments. i was outraged and e-mailed the owner- no response. he is unproffessional an rude. since he already has our money he doesnt care.
