First off, don't get me wrong: I love the Groveland - good beer selection and great atmosphere, it's what a neighborhood tavern should be. That being said, be careful when you order food; several of the menu choices are uninspired at best and disappointing at worst. \r

Case in point: on my last visit, I was surprised to see that the Tap was now serving a Juicy Lucy. Having had great Lucys at other locations [Matt's, 5-8 Club, Nook] I was intrigued enough to give their version a try. Big mistake - the inside of the burger was almost raw and in several places the beef had an odd chewy consistency.\r

Next time, I'll just stick to the bar.
Pros: Beer selection, atmosphere, clientele, very family- and kid-friendly
Cons: Mediocre menu, parking can be scarce
