My repairs were simple: my drivers side window wasn't working. I was pretty sure it was off some sort of tracking device (I'm not very good with cars). Rita at the front desk was very genial every time I spoke with her. Carl called me when the work was complete and saved me about $400 by repairing a part instead of replacing it. I'm not sure if auto shops make too much of a profit off of markup on parts, but I appreciated his honesty. My car was fixed within 48 hours of the drop off, just in time to finish up some Christmas shopping. I will definitely continue to use Klausmier & Sons for any more auto work.
