I was introduced to Phase II during a fraternity meeting. I was at a point in my life (50) where I no longer liked what my body looked like in the mirror. After my initial four month program, I saw great results. I lost 30 pounds and gain three belt holes. I had six suits, one blazer, and fourteen pair of pants altered.
