This company is horrible! They are disorganized, disrespectful and just don't give a darn about their customers. They don't let you know if they won't be picking up your trash and, when you call, they brush you off. Our trash sat out for 4 days over the weekend waiting for them to show up. Do yourself a favor and go with ANY other trash collection company in Douglas County rather than this one.
Cons: Horrible service, disorganized, unreliable.
