I have a front load washer and dryer with the insurance. The washer did not work after the rinse cycle. It took a week to receive the replacement. I was assured I would receive the original washer in two weeks. It has been two and a half months now! I still do not have the washer. I call and they promise to call back and never do so. The ""loaner"" washer I have doesn't work well and at times I just wash in the tub because it is easier. I speak with their managers and they play the run-around game until it is time for another payment and they are not afraid to call. I wanted to cancel the service but they assure me that following Monday, they will deliver the washer. Poor. Poor. Por service! Save your money for Aarons!
