This salon is supposed to check your services before you leave and make sure you are happy. The instructor was too busy to check mine and my daughters hair. I was very unhappy with the instructors. They were not friendly, quite rude and when the student asked to have my hair checked after a cut, the instructor stated "" I am too busy today"" I was very angry as when I went home to do my hair, I found it was very uneven. I paid another $30 to have my hair fixed at another Real Salon. They are verbally abusive to their students and, I feel sorry for the students.
Pros: Cheap prices, affordable when it is done right, polite students
