I can't figure it out. After watching FoodNetwork for a decade or so, I know how to make a burger. So I walk in for some ground chuck and the guy behind the counter proudly claims their ground beef as the best. I ask him how much fat is in there (looking for around 15-20%) and he beams, ""about 5% or so. You gotta have a little fat in there for flavor.""
Pros: Close to a drugstore so you combine shopping.
Cons: I personally think the meat stinks.
