My husband and I both agree , Hoicin is the best Chinese food around. Everything is cooked fresh and the food is wonderful. We have been looking for good Chinese food for a long time and Hoicin is wonderful.
Pros: delicious food, great service, nice inside
Cons: not a great location, in a strip mall, but high quailty food and service
