I visited Anacapa twice. The first time, I was taken aback to find that, in the main sales room where the merchandise was, a group of four, including staff, was seated eating a messy, smelly pizza. Frankly, I've never seen this in a merchandise store before. During both my visits, the staff was not helpful, and when I had written the owner about a problem, and called as a follow-up, my note and call were not returned. Not a professionally-run outfit -- at least this was my experience.
Pros: Many Scuba Lesson offerings
Cons: Apathetic staff, unprofessional and unresponsive
