We made the mistake of buying furniture here a few years ago. The price and apparent quality were the draw. Unfortunately we had a problem and it took over a year to get the issue resolved. We have another issue that is covered by a ""guarantee"" and so far after 2.5 months we still have no resolution, only broken promises or return calls, follow up, etc. It is quite apparent that Bradley Michaels only wants to sell you product and hope that there are no issues, as they don't have the interest or desire or follow through. We have purchased 4 additional rooms of furniture at two other stores subsequent to this and have had no issues whatsoever with service. Do not enter this store if you value customer service at all. It is non-existent. Pros: Easy to find, reasonably good selection of reasonable quality furniture Cons: Customer Service does not exist. more
