I just moved here from Florida and was referred to Pet Care Plus through co-workers who were told about them from their vet. I am an older woman who hates the cold but had to move here to take care of an ailing family member. To make a long story short my dog needs her exercise and I am unable to give it to her since I lost my backyard. Needless to say when I arrived at Pet Care Plus it was very busy as owners were arriving to pick up their pets. The manager told me that she would be happy to show me around even though she appeared very busy. She indicated that they have an open door policy and would do her best to accomodate me. I just wanted to write a little review because this site has really helped me find the right services for me being new to a large city. This place has become quite a find for me. My little girl wags her tail every Tuesday and Thursday when I wake up. She actually knows the days she is going to play with her doggie buddies. The staff is always cheerful and welcoming and give a full report on her day of play. I am truly glad I found such a facility.
Pros: Friendly staff, Clean and welcoming. Great parking staff who cares
