Renting from this company was the worse mistake I have ever made. They have very rude, unconsiderate employees. For example, One day I went to pay my rent and I some questions to ask. I ask the lady that sits at the very front desk and takes the payment. She gave me an answer that didnt make any since to me, so i asked her to explain it to me. She got hateful and said I not going to argue with you it is what it is. You can leave. its wasnt like i was arguing with her. I just asked her to explain her answer she gave me. To make a long story short. They are very short with you. They treat you like you are below them, and what ever they say goes even if the are in the wrong. So if you are thinking about renting from Conrads. Please reconsider.
