The ETA was between 10 and 1, and Abe arrived at 12. Our refrigerator was freezing everything we put in it, and Abe came out for the service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and put a new seal around the door, then messed with the thermostat. While he was doing these chores we had a fine chat. For me, the personality of the service person is important as well as his work. Abe is a great guy, and he cares about his customers. He was here for almost 45 minutes and worked constantly while visiting. Tonight we had jello that didn't have to be chopped with a knife before serving it. Thank you, Abe, and thank you South Bay!
