IT IS MY PERSONAL OPINION that this apartment building is the worst possible choice for downtown Seattle living. It is not a coincidence that they ALWAYS have vacant apartments. I recommend anyone interested to think twice about moving to this place. Hell soon becomes everyday life, from the thieves that call themselves management to the noise, dirt and smell, STAY AWAY.
