I've been going to Golden Optical for the past 4-5 years. The staff's demeanors are consistently uptight and unwelcoming whether in person or over the phone...Dr. Nelson is great and professional, but I believe his staff's poor customer service makes him look bad. My advice is to at least fake a smile and pretend that you care about Dr. Nelson's patients.
