My husband and I were unhappy with the last place our pets stayed and needed a new place fast. Even though this location was booked up the staff gave me the info so that I could make a reservation with the Duluth location. Both staffs have been more than willing to answer the thousand questions I have about their upcoming stay. An added bonus, I don't have to bring all of their vet papers. Because my vet is Banfield they took the initiatives to get the information. I can't wait to write about their stay. I know the dedicated pet loving staff will treat my babies like family. They need to have more of these pet hotels..please build more!!
Pros: Doogie ice cream, doggie day camp, KONGS! Lambskin throws (included) Hours of drop off and pick up 9am-9pm!
Cons: Not enough locations, book early they get booked fast!!
