I had to put my car in the body shop (Berli's) nearby and arranged an Enterprise rental car from this location to pick me up a week in advance. Not only were they 45 minutes late in picking me up, but when I finally got back to their rental place, they didn't have any cars ready. I waited another 30 minutes while they cleaned a car for me. The car they presented me was disgusting and ready to fall apart, but since I was already late getting back to work, I took it. I later called about switching out cars, and all I got was attitude from the sales rep. I took the car to the Enterprise off N 183 and switched cars with a helpful, supportive staff. They informed me they would get the car to the shop immediately because no one should be driving a car like the one I was given.
