Although this complex sits in a beautiful setting, a prime Orange county destination, close walk to Salt Creek Beach, great dog walking trail, open space canyon as a back yard....the management has horrible communication skills, and the maintenance team works constantly to keep up with all the problems. Trash is always overflowing in the dumpsters, Kids skatebaording in the lot and boards are crashing into cars after school. The management rarely enforces the common area rules and right to quiet enjoyment, residents are left to have the Orange County Sheriff deal with disputes and noise.
Pros: Beach, Trail, Location, Small Dogs
Cons: Severe plumbing and electrical problems in many units, Common area rules not enforced. Lots of spiders in lower units.
